Before you start
Yes. We pull the required permits and coordinate with the local building department so your project keeps moving instead of sitting.
Earlier is better. A few weeks of lead time lets us plan, schedule, and order materials — especially on larger remodels and new builds where finishes have long lead times.
Yes, for residential construction work in Montana. We'll send certificates before we start.
Absolutely. We work through layouts, materials, and finishes with you before anything gets built, and we'll tell you honestly what will and won't work.
Yes. Most of our remodels happen while the family is still living there. We contain dust, protect finishes, and clean up at the end of every day.
